We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return
• Email our customer support team at sales.glister2020@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.
3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a defective item.
Exchanges
• We offer exchanges for a different size or item of equal value.
• To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as a return.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
